The 30-year-old channeled Ludacris as she performed Move B***h for the upcoming episode of Lip sync battle - where she faces off against Josh Gad - which airs on Spike Thursday.
The actress, who dressed in a sports bra and denim shorts, told hosts LL Cool J and Chrissy Teigen that 'Penny is not here baby,' referring to her character in The Big Bang Theory.
Chrissy added: 'I know I was like, I watch Penny every week - where is Penny?' to which Kaley quipped: 'Penny is not here baby.'
The Big Bang Theory actress showed off her toned abs in a Calvin Klein black and white sports bra and ripped light wash denim shorts.

The beauty kept her makeup minimal, opting for pink lip gloss, rosy blush and brown smokey eye shadow.

On Sunday, the CBS star posted a snap with the cast of Friends while at a gala dinner for director James Burrows in Los Angeles.
In the photo, she posed alongside David Schwimmer, Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Matt LeBlanc and Lisa Kudrow, as well as her Big Bang Theory co-stars.
James has directed episodes for both shows, Friends and The Big Bang Theory, during his lengthy career.
