(SOO TOUCHING) Arsenal fan of 24 years writes emotional letter, Arsenal fans might want to read this!

An Arsenal season ticket holder and fan for the last 24 years Charlie Kenward, has penned a heartfelt letter explaining why he has sold his season tickets and how it hurts watching Arsenal either draw or lose.

I've been a season-ticket holder at Arsenal for 24 years and I've never felt so low about the club I love. Every year I pay a fortune to watch matches at the Emirates but I just don't get value for money anymore - and it's been like that for too long. After Arsene Wenger joined the club in 1996, us fans were spoiled with top players, attractive, attacking football, and titles and trophies galore. It's gone downhill since that day. I went to the Crystal Palace game at the weekend and it's got so bad for fans like me that you can now even buy match tickets on the day of the game. The last time I can remember that happening is when I was a boy - I'm 29 now. I couldn't bring myself to go to the West Brom game last night: I sold my tickets BACK to the club. I'm sick of going to watch Arsenal knowing we're going to lose or draw.

(BUT WHY NAAAAA)::Spanish Airline withdraws services from Nigeria, cites "financial difficulties' due to CBN forex policy

Spanish national carrier, Iberia Airline has withdrawn its services from Nigeria. The decision which was taken yesterday, was based on the huge financial difficulties the airline is facing due to Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN)  refusal to exempt foreign airlines from its forex policy.

Nairametrics, a Business News, and Financial Analysis Website, reports that other foreign airlines are also contemplating pulling their services from the country.

The CBN policy has prevented it from repatriating its proceeds made in Nigeria in the last few months. Foreign airlines have over $500 million trapped in the various banks.

Before Iberia took this decision, foreign carriers had expressed their displeasure at the CBN policy, with many threatening to withdraw their services from Nigeria if nothing was urgently done to reverse it, The Tribune reports.

(Judy Edmunds, CPM) 7 STEPS TOWARDS CESAREAN (by )

I am so grateful for access to skilled surgeons and the amazing body of knowledge used to successfully perform cesareans. I feel confident that at least most of the cesareans I have been associated with were actually necessary, many even life-saving. Yet looking back over my practice, I can easily pick out scores of women who surely would have had cesareans had they chosen care elsewhere. With the corresponding U.S. rate averaging around 23–24 percent during much of my career, each woman I transferred for surgery would need to drag along seven companions before we matched the “norm.” I would begrudge those additional cesareans, despising the lingering pain they caused, feeling they were unnecessary, needlessly disempowering each of those women, putting them at risk. While I feel that carefully selected, truly indicated cesareans are a gift and blessing, general over-reliance on them has become a bonafide curse.
There is no simple solution, as so many things would have to change before the statistics could reflect only truly unavoidable surgeries. Since correcting those things on a grand scale is beyond my reach, I do what I can at the grassroots level, one woman at a time. Like others in my stead, I’ve challenged the status quo, grown opinionated and passionate about my findings and forged methods I know won’t work for everyone. Still, if even small changes are adopted and bring some improvement, maybe a few, or gradually many more, surgeries could be averted.
