He said he made the decision with his wife Elsa Pataky, to move back to Australia to raise their three kids - daughter India, two, and 12-month-old twin sons Tristan and Sasha.

Richard Nyong was arrested on March 11 for the collapse of the five storey building in Lekki that killed about 35 people.
